Hi! So this blog is about our funny family of 4 and our new little urban chicken farm all "cooped up in the city". We all (my little family and I) dream of living somewhere closer to the country where we and our chickens can free range. ;-) For now we are blessed and content, but decided, since we can't live in the country, why don't we just bring the country to us! I have always dreamed of raising a few chickens for pets and recently our city has permitted this. So we took the plunge. This year we have decided to try out some gardening on our little plot also. I do NOT have a green thumb and I don't know much about raising chickens. So this is going to be hilarious! Trial, error, success, laughter, and with me involved...there are definitely going to be some tears...probably a lot of tears... Haha!
